Job Summary
The Tantillo Auto Group is looking for an Automotive Accounts Payable specialist! Office located in St James
Responsibilities
- Process and verify vendor invoices and statements in a timely manner.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all payments and vendor communications.
- Prepare weekly payment runs and ensure payments are made on schedule.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper coding and authorization of invoices.
- Assist with month-end closing processes related to accounts payable.
- Support audits by providing necessary accounts payable documentation and reports.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
