Job Title: Nurse Manager (RN or LPN)
Location: Bethany Lutheran Home Sioux Falls
Schedule:
- 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (flexible based on department needs)
- Full-Time
- Rotating on-call responsibilities
Pay: $67000 $90000 annually (based on licensure experience and leadership background)
At Bethany Home we are caring people caring for peopleand were looking for a strong clinical leader to join our team as a Nurse Manager.
What Youll Do:
- Partner with the Director of Nursing (DON) to lead and support nursing staff
- Oversee staffing to ensure safe quality resident care
- Assist with hiring onboarding training and ongoing staff development
- Conduct performance evaluations and support employee growth
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and Bethany policies
- Participate in care planning assessments and resident service coordination
- Communicate effectively with residents families physicians and the care team
- Support admissions transitions and changes in resident condition
- Promote a culture of teamwork accountability and compassionate care
What Were Looking For:
- Active RN or LPN license in South Dakota
- Leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of long-term care regulations and compliance
