8:00 AM 4:30 PM (flexible based on department needs)

Rotating on-call responsibilities
Pay: $67000 $90000 annually (based on licensure experience and leadership background)

What Youll Do:
Partner with the Director of Nursing (DON) to lead and support nursing staff
Oversee staffing to ensure safe quality resident care
Assist with hiring onboarding training and ongoing staff development
Conduct performance evaluations and support employee growth
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and Bethany policies
Participate in care planning assessments and resident service coordination
Communicate effectively with residents families physicians and the care team
Support admissions transitions and changes in resident condition
Promote a culture of teamwork accountability and compassionate care
What Were Looking For:
Active RN or LPN license in South Dakota
Leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Strong communication and team leadership skills
Organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of long-term care regulations and compliance
