Job Title: Nurse Manager (RN or LPN)
Location: Bethany Lutheran Home Sioux Falls

Schedule:

• 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (flexible based on department needs)
• Full-Time
• Rotating on-call responsibilities

Pay: $67000 $90000 annually (based on licensure experience and leadership background)

At Bethany Home we are caring people caring for peopleand were looking for a strong clinical leader to join our team as a Nurse Manager.

What Youll Do:

• Partner with the Director of Nursing (DON) to lead and support nursing staff
• Oversee staffing to ensure safe quality resident care
• Assist with hiring onboarding training and ongoing staff development
• Conduct performance evaluations and support employee growth
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and Bethany policies
• Participate in care planning assessments and resident service coordination
• Communicate effectively with residents families physicians and the care team
• Support admissions transitions and changes in resident condition
• Promote a culture of teamwork accountability and compassionate care

What Were Looking For:

• Active RN or LPN license in South Dakota
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and compliance
