The Role

The Senior Manager eCommerce will play a critical role in accelerating Mark Anthony Brands digital growth. This leader owns the strategy investment and execution across key eCommerce ecosystems ensuring our brands show up competitively consistently and compliantly across major online retail and directâtoâconsumer environments. This role functions as the U.S. eCommerce subjectâmatter expert partnering closely with Sales Media Shopper Marketing and Global teams to drive performance today while building scalable eCommerce capabilities for the future.

Accountabilities

Ecommerce Strategy & Execution

  • Own and evolve the U.S. eCommerce strategy investment roadmap and activation across digital retail and directâtoâconsumer environments.
  • Translate brand and commercial priorities into clear eCommerce activation plans that drive growth and ROI.
  • Continuously assess performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency effectiveness and scale across the eCommerce ecosystem.

Digital Shelf & Content Excellence

  • Own digital shelf strategy ensuring products are discoverable compelling and conversionâready across online retail environments.
  • Lead standards for content quality asset optimization and platform compliance continuously raising the bar on execution.
  • Partner with Creative Studio and Global teams to ensure assets are developed localized and optimized for U.S. eCommerce needs.

CrossâFunctional Collaboration

  • Partner with Media to shape paid eCommerce and retail media strategies that support brand and commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate with Key Account Sales and Shopper Marketing to integrate eCommerce initiatives with broader omnichannel execution.
  • Work closely with Finance and Compliance to manage investments measure ROI and ensure & Influence
  • Lead and develop a direct report while also acting as a trusted eCommerce advisor across the organization.
  • Serve as the U.S. stakeholder for global eCommerce initiatives and asset management influencing through strong relationships and expertise.
  • Build credibility with senior sales and marketing leadership by bringing insight data and a clear point of view.

Who You Are

  • Bachelors degree with 68 years of eCommerce and/or Shopper Marketing experience (Alcohol Beverage experience strongly preferred).
  • Demonstrated success leading eCommerce activations within complex retail and DTC ecosystems.
  • Experience owning digital shelf performance content standards and investment measurement.

Compensation:

Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge skills and experience of the individual.
