The Opportunity
Were searching for a passionate hands-onCentre Directorto lead our Sydney Olympic Park ( Murray Rose Avenue )team with heart and purpose. This is more than a leadership role its an opportunity to create a thriving learning environment where children flourish educators feel valued and families feel part of something special.

What You will Do
-Lead and inspire your team of educators to deliver outstanding care and education.
-Build a positive inclusive and supportive culture that puts people first.
-Engage families and the community fostering strong lasting relationships.
- Drive quality and compliance across every aspect of the centres operations.
-Oversee budgeting and resources ensuring smooth and efficient management.
-Create and implement programs that celebrate each childs unique strengths and potential.

What Were Looking For
-Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
-Minimum 3 years experience in a Centre Director or similar leadership role.
-Current Working with Children Check First Aid & CPR certification and National Police Check (within 6 months).
-Strong understanding of NQF EYLF and compliance standards.
-A natural people leader confident compassionate and committed to growth.
-A genuine love for early education and the impact it creates.
