Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and hands on Warehouse Supervisor to join our team based in Campbellfield. This is a fulltime position working Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:00pm.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager you will play a key role in supervising daily warehouse operations coordinating staff and outbound logistics and ensuring customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.
Duties
- Supervise the daytoday operations of the warehouse and logistics function
- Coordinate customer order deliveries ensuring accurate and timely despatch
- Support operations with inward goods and oversee outbound distribution to clients
- Provide reporting and operational support to ensure DIFOT targets are achieved
- Lead support and motivate warehouse team members and team leaders fostering a highperformance culture
- Assist with the coordination of training and development initiatives for the warehousing team
- Ensure job cards are completed accurately and within required timeframes
- Assist with stocktakes investigating and resolving discrepancies as required
- Support the implementation of warehousing strategies and action plans to meet operational and strategic objectives
- Ensure full compliance with Elastomers Australia policies and procedures including strict adherence to OH&S and QA standards

You are a handson warehouse professional with strong organisational and leadership skills. You thrive in a fastpaced environment and take pride in accuracy safety and customer service.
You will ideally have:
- Proven experience supervising or coordinating warehouse teams
- Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills
- Excellent computer skills experience with Microsoft Office Suites (i.e Excel Outlook etc.)
- High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Sound knowledge of warehousing logistics and endtoend supply chains
- Understanding of planning and scheduling principles
- A proactive approach to safety quality and continuous improvement
