Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and hands on Warehouse Supervisor to join our team based in Campbellfield. This is a fulltime position working Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:00pm.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager you will play a key role in supervising daily warehouse operations coordinating staff and outbound logistics and ensuring customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.

Duties

• Supervise the daytoday operations of the warehouse and logistics function
• Coordinate customer order deliveries ensuring accurate and timely despatch
• Support operations with inward goods and oversee outbound distribution to clients
• Provide reporting and operational support to ensure DIFOT targets are achieved
• Lead support and motivate warehouse team members and team leaders fostering a highperformance culture
• Assist with the coordination of training and development initiatives for the warehousing team
• Ensure job cards are completed accurately and within required timeframes
• Assist with stocktakes investigating and resolving discrepancies as required
• Support the implementation of warehousing strategies and action plans to meet operational and strategic objectives
• Ensure full compliance with Elastomers Australia policies and procedures including strict adherence to OH&S and QA standards

About You

You are a handson warehouse professional with strong organisational and leadership skills. You thrive in a fastpaced environment and take pride in accuracy safety and customer service.

You will ideally have:

• Proven experience supervising or coordinating warehouse teams
• Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills
• Excellent computer skills experience with Microsoft Office Suites (i.e Excel Outlook etc.)
• High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Sound knowledge of warehousing logistics and endtoend supply chains
• Understanding of planning and scheduling principles
• A proactive approach to safety quality and continuous improvement
