Full time Diploma Educator- Edmondson Park

Save Our Service is currently recruiting a Full-Time Diploma Educator on behalf of a beautiful early learning service located in Edmondson Park. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate educator looking to step into a senior role within a supportive high-quality environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily operations mentoring team members and delivering high-quality education and care in line with the EYLF and National Quality Standards.

• Support and guide educators to deliver high-quality play-based learning programs

• Implement and reflect on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Standards (NQS) and service policies

• Build strong respectful relationships with children families and team members

• Maintain a safe nurturing and inclusive learning environment

• Act as a role model for best practice in early childhood education

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (completed)

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with the Early Years Learning Framework

• Demonstrated knowledge and practical application of the National Quality Standards

• Current NSW Working With Children Check

• Sound understanding of child development health hygiene and nutritional needs

• Current Senior First Aid Certificate

• Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (preferred)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience in a similar senior or leadership role

• Understanding of Child Protection legislation and holds an approved current Child Protection Training qualification
