The adult age profile tends to be slightly older at morning services and younger at evening services. Approximately 700 volunteers serve in various roles. We have around 60 Fellowship Groups led by 135 leaders.
As a large church we offer a wide range of ministry activities each led by a dedicated member of the ministry team and supported well by the church family. Our ministry falls into six core areas: services evangelism discipleship (adults and 0-18s) world mission music and serving the city. All of these aim to motivate and equip church members to recognise and exercise their personal ministries as they serve God through the callings of whole-life discipleship in everyday life.
All of our ministry activity is grounded in prayer with a monthly prayer gathering serving as the foundation of our corporate prayer as a church supported by online weekday 8 am prayer meetings. Over the past 18 months this has been supplemented by other regular days of prayer and fasting. It has been truly encouraging to witness the church family respond so positively to these initiatives.
