Job Summary
Site Maintenance Officer
Sandbach High School and Sixth Form College have a vacancy for a permanent full-time Site Maintenance Officer.
- 37 hours per week on the below alternating weekly rota
- 6am-2pm and 11am-7pm Monday to Thursday.
- 6am-1:30pm and 11:30am-7pm on Fridays.
- Occasional evening functions or events which may go past working hours which will be paid at overtime rate.
- 7 day on-call rota which is 1 in 4 across the site team. This consists of attending to any out of hours emergency call outs by our alarm monitoring company and the leisure centre. Occasional weekend opening/closing of site for selected lettings or events.
- To be a trained First Aider (FAW 3-day course).
- 52 weeks per annum.
Sandbach High School and Sixth Form College pay scale
Grade 5 25801.04 - 28598.72
