A large internationally operating organisation based in Belfast is expanding its Compliance & Finance function as part of a global follow the sun service model.

This is a pivotal role that blends financial analysis with structured compliance oversight offering exposure to global markets across APAC EMEA and the Americas.

Working Hours (Global Shift Model)

To support continuous international operations the business operates three regional shifts:

• APAC: 05:30 14:00 (38000)
• EMEA (UK & Europe): 09:00 17:30 (32000)
• Americas: 12:00 20:30 (38000)

The Role

The Compliance & Finance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring strict adherence to financial processes while delivering insightful data-driven analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse financial data to identify trends risks and discrepancies
• Support the development and ongoing maintenance of compliance programmes
• Prepare detailed reports on compliance activities and financial performance
• Compare and verify estimates against as-built drawings purchase orders and invoices
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of final accounts
• Liaise directly with vendor contacts to resolve financial queries
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners

This role requires high levels of accuracy attention to detail and the ability to interpret financial documentation confidently.

About You

We are seeking motivated analytical professionals who can operate both independently and within a team environment.

Essential:

• Minimum 2 years experience in financial analysis and/or compliance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage workload in a structured deadline-driven setting

Desirable:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related discipline
• Proficiency in Google Suite
