Position Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Uploading updating and maintaining content and digital assets across Haventree Banks branded website and online banking product for both mobile and web.
  • Organizing prioritizing and managing digital assets to ensure timely and accurate content publication
  • Maintaining and updating web content using the Content Management System (CMS) leveraging copy images and materials provided by Marketing Product and Compliance teams
  • Collaborating with cross-functional partners to design and support intuitive customer and broker journeys aligned with business priorities
  • Coordinating asset requirements and ensuring timely delivery from internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Monitoring site schedules and release calendars to ensure updates are published according to plan
  • Reviewing all new and updated content to ensure accuracy clarity consistency accessibility and brand alignment prior to publication
  • Performing regular live and testing site audits to identify issues such as broken links formatting errors or content inaccuracies; resolving issues where possible or escalating as needed
  • Creating tracking and following up on support tickets with IT Digital and third-party vendors to resolve website and platform issues.
  • Conducting periodic competitor and industry analysis to identify digital trends best practices and opportunities for improvement.

Special Projects

  • Supporting occasional special projects involving cross-functional teams including platform enhancements campaign launches and process improvements

Qualifications & Experience:

Degrees Diplomas & Certifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in Business Technology Digital Media or a related discipline

Years and Range of Experience Required to Perform the Job:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with a CMS website management and enforcing digital standards
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS is considered an asset
  • Basic experience with image editing tools (e.g. Figma) for optimizing digital assets is desirable
  • Strong understanding of usability best practices UX/UI standards and information architecture
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to content accuracy
  • Flexibility to periodically support work outside typical business hours as required for releases or maintenance
  • Experience updating and managing websites on platforms such as Contentful or similar CMS solutions
  • Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Comfort working in an agile or fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and recommend practical solutions
  • Solid understanding of web and mobile user experience best practices
  • Awareness of digital trends and best practices within financial services or regulated industries (an asset)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Self-motivated organized and able to work independently with a positive collaborative mindset
  • Experience in financial services or regulated environments is an asset
