THE ROLE

This is a full-time permanent position working out of our impeccably designed and furnished office. Youll mostly work from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday with irregular or extended hours as projects demand.
THE DAY TO DAY
- Acts as the primary coordinator for service parts and warranty-related requests
- Processes service and warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner
- Provides troubleshooting support and works independently to develop solutions
- Maintains current knowledge of relevant product lines specifications and industry standards
- Places and manages orders for parts warranty replacements and service-related items
- Follows up with vendors and manufacturers to track progress and ensure timelines are met
- Coordinates deliveries and installation schedules with local dispatch and internal teams
- Communicates regularly with clients and end users to provide clear timely status updates
- Demonstrates strong verbal communication empathy and a solutions-focused approach when resolving issues
- Ensures a positive customer service experience for all assigned orders including appropriate follow-up
- Collaborates with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently and accurately
YOU BRING THE FOLLOWING
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales support or service coordination role (furniture industry experience is considered an asset)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and requests simultaneously
- Ability to take initiative work independently and communicate actions and outcomes clearly to internal and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to maintain constructive relationships when working with difficult or time-sensitive situations
- Strong computer competency with proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and related programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure
- Strong product knowledge or the willingness and ability to learn product lines quickly
