Area Sales Director (Multi-Property)
Position Summary
The Area Sales Director is responsible for leading and executing sales strategies across a portfolio of three properties to maximize revenue market share and brand visibility. This role oversees property sales teams drives group and corporate business and develops strategic partnerships to achieve revenue goals. The Area Sales Director works closely with property leadership revenue management and marketing to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
-Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue across three properties.
-Lead coach and support on-property sales teams to achieve sales targets.
-Generate new business through corporate group and negotiated accounts.
-Build and maintain relationships with key clients partners and community organizations.
-Collaborate with revenue management and property leadership on pricing and market strategy.
-Monitor sales performance market trends and competitive activity.
Qualifications
-5 years of sales experience preferably in hospitality or multi-property environments.
-Proven success in meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
-Strong leadership negotiation and relationship-building skills.
-Ability to manage multiple properties and travel between locations.
Salaried position with Medical Dental and Vision Insurance Available as well as PTO and Company Perks. $60000-$75000
