We are seeking a passionate Family Support Partner on our Wraparound Services team located in the Davie & Davidson County area. Your Role in Our Mission
The Family Partner uses lived experience raising a child with behavioral health needs to provide one-on-one strengths-based support to families. As a key member of the Child and Family Team (CFT) the Family Partner empowers caregivers to advocate for themselves navigate services and build resiliency. This role involves mentoring families supporting care coordination connecting them to community resources and promoting positive outcomes through collaborative family-driven planning.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) Monday through Friday primarily business hours but does include 3pm - 7pm to accommodate the familys schedules as needed.
Service area: Davie County Davidson County and surrounding areas

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive rate: $18$20.64 per hour for this full-time non-exempt position

What Were Looking For
- Must be a parent or primary caregiver of a child who has received services for I/DD and/or mental health
- Education: Bachelors degree in a human service field preferred
- Skills: Great communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience promoting the clients voice and choice preferred
- A valid drivers license current auto insurance and a good driving record
