What Youll Do

Be the Go-To HR Partner

• Serve as the primary HR contact for a portfolio of clients
• Build strong relationships and deliver tailored HR solutions
• Proactively identify issues and provide strategic guidance on employee relations compliance and benefits

Drive Operational Excellence

• Oversee core HR functions like onboarding payroll and benefits administration
• Ensure accurate timely and compliant HR service delivery
• Partner cross-functionally to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team

• Mentor coach and develop HR team members
• Set goals provide feedback and support professional growth
• Ensure service levels are met-and exceeded

Ensure Compliance & Mitigate Risk

• Stay ahead of federal state and local employment laws
• Conduct audits and implement compliance best practices
• Address risks before they become problems

Innovate & Improve

• Identify opportunities to enhance HR services and client satisfaction
• Lead projects that drive efficiency and scalability
• Align HR strategies with broader business goals

Train & Empower

• Deliver engaging training sessions for clients and internal teams
• Support onboarding/offboarding of clients
• Be a trusted resource for HR best practices

Work Environment

• This role operates in a professional office environment and involves regular use of computers phones and standard office equipment. Occasional travel to client sites may be required

What we are Looking for:

• Bachelors degree in HR Business or related field
• 5 years of progressive HR experience
• 2 years in a leadership or client-facing role
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
• Excellent communication problem-solving and leadership skills

Bonus Points For: HR certifications like PHR SPHR SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP
