Synergy Care is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our team at The Traditions Prestonwood a beautiful Independent/Assisted Living community with an onsite outpatient clinic in Dallas TX.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (or graduating within 6 months)
NBCOT certification required
Must hold or be eligible for a state OT license
