SHIFT: First Monday-Friday 7AM - 4PM

Position Responsibilities:

Build and repair tooling and dies.
Operate tool room equipment including wire EDM Haas mill Bridgeport mill grinders etc.
Build fixtures tooling machine parts etc. and form prints via reverse engineering.
Fabricate jigs tools dies and master tooling.
Build prototype parts for Engineering.
Operate Mastercam software.
Read and interpret blueprints.

Essential Skills and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalent
5 years of tool room experience
Strong understanding of safety operations and maintenance documents and procedures
Working knowledge of machine troubleshooting
Significant attention to detail
Solid analytical skills
Willingness to take initiative

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Associate degree in Machine Tool Technology or related field
3 years of experience in toolmaking
CNC Machining/Programming experience
