Siembra Leadership High SchoolNew Mexicos first entrepreneurship-focused charter high schoolis seeking a visionary CEO/Superintendent to lead its next phase of growth and impact.

This executive role oversees a 66-person team and a $12M budget driving strategy innovation and organizational excellence in a fast-growing mission-driven environment.

The Chief Executive Officer/Superintendent reports to the schools Governing Board.

Key Responsibilities
Lead organizational vision strategy and growth
Serve as the public face of the school
Build partnerships with key stakeholders including New Mexico Public Education Department and Albuquerque Public Schools
Oversee fundraising grants and legislative advocacy
Ensure strong governance compliance and financial oversight
Lead and align senior leadership team

Qualifications
3 years of educational leadership experience
Professional New Mexico 3B administrative educational licensure (or ability to obtain)
Knowledge of charter school operations and compliance
Experience managing teams budgets and complex organizations
Strong relationship-building and strategic leadership skills
Deep commitment to equity and non-traditional (at-promise) students

Preferred: Experience in charter school growth fundraising or entrepreneurship education
