• Prospect qualify and close residential generator sales
• Conduct in-home consultations and evaluate homeowner backup power needs
• Educate customers on the benefits of whole-home standby generator systems
• Prepare and present customized proposals based on site conditions and load requirements
• Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to install
• Maintain CRM records track leads and report progress to management
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

• 23 years of proven success in in-home sales (home improvement HVAC generators roofing or similar preferred)
• Strong ability to build rapport present solutions and close deals in a home setting
• Comfortable conducting in-home consultations and evaluating customer needs
• Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to work independently
• Experience using CRM systems and sales tools
• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel for appointments
