Job Summary

Greenberg Traurig (GT) a global law firm has a dynamic full-time employment opportunity for a mid-level Associate in our Insurance Regulatory & Transactions Practice. This is a location flexible position primarily with a team that frequently works across the GT platform. We offer competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package. Job Requirements

Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in insurance regulatory matters real estate transactions and/or financial services regulation with a particular focus on clients in the insurance industry.

The associate will support the firms title insurance practice in a broad range of matters including regulatory due diligence in connection with insurance entity mergers and acquisitions state insurance department examinations applications and licensing matters and new product or program development. The associate will also advise clients in the settlement services industry on transactional and regulatory matters involving title insurance escrow operations affiliated business arrangements and joint venture title agencies.

Industry experience in title insurance escrow operations and/or other settlement services is strongly preferred. Candidates should have strong research writing and analytical skills. This position also requires a candidate who is well organized and able to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

The expected pay range for this position is:

Washington D.C.: $260000 to $365000 annually

Los Angeles: $235000 to $365000 annually

New York: $250000 to $365000 annually

Orange County: $250000 to $365000 annually

Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience location and other job-related factors permitted by law.
