Position:Bank Reconciliation and Payment Poster

Location: Denver CO (Onsite / Remote Hybrid / Remote)

Schedule: Full Time Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm

Compensation: $22-24 per hour (based on experience)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Responsible for daily reporting on all payments received
• Responsible for all payments posted in billing system. Payments must be matched correctly to claims adjusted by line item with appropriate reason/ANSI coding
• Responsible for making corrections to payments posted
• Responsible for closing claims
• Responsible for obtaining any missing EOBs/ERAs
• Keeps IA team updated on progress towards quarterly goals
• Keeps supervisor apprised of matters regarding payments or EOBs/ERAs
• Maintains electronic linkage between company clearinghouse and payors for EFT and ERAs Represents Company in a professional manner at all times
• Maintain high-integrity and honesty in all affairs

Education:

• High school diploma/GED required
• Bachelors Degree preferred
• Coding certificate or associates degree in business administration or health care administration preferred
