Job Summary
Position:Bank Reconciliation and Payment Poster
Location: Denver CO (Onsite / Remote Hybrid / Remote)
Schedule: Full Time Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm
Compensation: $22-24 per hour (based on experience)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for daily reporting on all payments received
- Responsible for all payments posted in billing system. Payments must be matched correctly to claims adjusted by line item with appropriate reason/ANSI coding
- Responsible for making corrections to payments posted
- Responsible for closing claims
- Responsible for obtaining any missing EOBs/ERAs
- Keeps IA team updated on progress towards quarterly goals
- Keeps supervisor apprised of matters regarding payments or EOBs/ERAs
- Maintains electronic linkage between company clearinghouse and payors for EFT and ERAs Represents Company in a professional manner at all times
- Maintain high-integrity and honesty in all affairs
Education:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Coding certificate or associates degree in business administration or health care administration preferred
