Job Description:

You Are

A highly analytical finance professional who brings strong FP&A fundamentals and a handson approach to forecasting reporting and financial modeling. You thrive in a fastpaced environment enjoy solving problems with data and can translate financial insights into clear actionable recommendations. Youre comfortable partnering across teams and supporting leadership with accurate timely financial analysis.

You Will

• Prepare monthly financial dashboards reporting packages and KPI tracking to support leadership decisionmaking.

• Support the forecasting budgeting and monthly close processes with accurate timely financial inputs.

• Maintain and enhance driverbased financial models used for planning and performance analysis.

• Conduct financial analyses that highlight trends risks and opportunities across the business.

• Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for your manager and crossfunctional partners.

• Partner with teams such as Product Accounting and Operations to understand business drivers and support financial alignment.

• Assist in preparing materials for leadership reviews and other executivelevel discussions.

• Contribute to process improvements that increase accuracy speed and visibility within FP&A.

• Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed.

You Bring

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.

• 4 years of progressive experience in FP&A strategic finance or corporate finance (industry flexible).

• Strong financial modeling forecasting and variance analysis skills.

• Ability to synthesize data into clear concise insights.

• Strong Excel skills; experience with planning/reporting tools is a plus.

Compensation:

The wage range for this position is $100000-$125000 / year with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements.

Location:

This is a hybrid role with 4 days in the Salt Lake City UT office required. (No relocation assistance offered.)
