Description
The Software Integration Engineer shall be responsible for the integration test deployment and troubleshooting of various production-ready mission services deployed in an on-prem enclave and AWS Cloud environments.

Clearance
A current Top-Secret/SCIwith polygraph security clearance (within 7 years) is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

Experience
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field and have at least eight (8) years of demonstrable experience with integrating installing configuring upgrading compiling and supporting COTS/GOTS software in a heterogeneous operating system environment or the individual shall have five (5) years full time Computer Science directly related work that can be substituted for a degree and have at least eight (8) years of demonstrable experience or an industry recognized professional certification as defined in the TT0s may substitute as one (1) year experience. A Masters Degree in Computer Science or related field may substitute for two (2) years experience.

Required skills:

• Experience using the Linux CLI and Linux tools
• Experience developing Bash/Python scripts to automate manual processes
• Proficient performing Linux System Administration
• Experience installing configuring and sustaining COTS/GOTS/FOSS software in a Linux environment
• Foundational knowledge of DevOps Tooling (e.g. CI/CD Git)
• Experience with Cloudera Hadoop ecosystem (NiFi HDFS Map/Reduce)
• Experience with installing configuring and sustaining multiple NoSQL databases including MongoDB and Accumulo
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g. Docker Podman containerd)
• Experience with IaC principles and automation tools (e.g. Ansible Salt Puppet)
• Demonstrated experience using system monitoring tools (e.g. Prometheus/Grafana)

Desired skills:

• Familiar with containerization technologies such as Docker PodMan containerd
• Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA Confluence)
• AWS Cloud experience
