Job Summary
About the Role
We need an Electrical Supervisor to join our mining client in the Mackay region.
With knowledge of surface and underground coal mining youllapply your skillsto leaddevelopment Outbye engineering projects and equipment maintenance will be responsible for the direct supervision of the electrical team to safely deliver the project plan. Supported by senior management your core function will be to assist in the management and performance of all electrical and instrumentation aspects of various projects.
About You
You have demonstrated success in leading teams and meetingkey performance indicatorswhile ensuring all tasks are completed in a safe and efficient -motivated andfocused on leadership compliance accountability and delivering a positive performance culture. Your strong organisational skills and attention to detail will ensure you are an exceptional team leader and mentor to others.
- Electrical trade certification (QLD electrical licence beneficial)
- Supervisory experience in a mining environment preferred
- Coal Board Medical
