Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR)

Location: Remote (South Africa)

Working Hours: US Business Hours (Aligning with EST/CST)

Package: Base Uncapped Commission

The Opportunity We are looking for a high-energy Outbound BDR to join our rapidly growing team. Following the success of our recent hires we are looking for a carbon copy of our top performersspecifically individuals who are hungry resilient and ready to move fast. Our top BDRs arent just appointment setters; they are key contributors to our sales fact our most recent success story Yanni has already been promoted into a larger sales role. We are looking for the next person to follow that exact trajectory.

We dont just hire; we empower. If you have the grit to handle high-volume cold calling we will provide the training and management to help you grow into a senior sales professional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Aggressive Cold Calling: Execute high-volume outbound calling to the US market specifically targeting the manufacturing sector.
  • Prospecting: Identify and engage with key stakeholdersspecifically good old boys in the US manufacturing spacebuilding rapport quickly and effectively.
  • Meeting Generation: Schedule and secure meetings for our sales team to present our AI-driven supply chain and materials management solutions.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM.
  • Sales Growth: Actively participate in the sales process with a desire to take on more responsibility as you master the role.

Qualifications

  • North American Accent/Fluency: An exceptional ability to speak to a US audience is essential. You must be able to communicate naturally and effectively with decision-makers in the US manufacturing industry.
  • Cold Calling Grit: Proven experience in high-volume outbound sales. You are someone who views a no as just one step closer to a yes.
  • Sales Ambition: You dont want to be a BDR forever. You are looking for a company that will promote train and grow you into a closing role.
  • Resilience: Ability to work independently and manage your energy during US business hours.
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with sales tools and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $1000 $1200 USD per month.
  • Commission: $500 $1500 USD per month (Uncapped).
  • Total Earning Potential: On average our BDRs earn $2000 $2300 USD per month total.
  • Stability: To ensure a smooth transition we offer a guaranteed commission for the first month while you build your pipeline.
