Role About:
We are seeking an experiencedContent Designerto support a financial services client through a rebranding initiative and the creation of a structured scalable content ecosystem. This role focuses on designingusercentredcontent experiences that balance clarity compliance and brand expression across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Design clearusercentredcontent experiences across financial services journeys (e.g. onboarding education product discovery servicing)
Define and apply content structures content models and information architecture in collaboration with UX and design teams
Partner closely with Chinese and English copywriters translators and sentiment analysts to ensure content works cohesively across languages
Translate complex financial concepts and regulatory requirements into intuitive accessible content experiences
Create content flows wireframes and prototypes thatdemonstratehow content supports user needs and business goals
Establish andmaintaincontent patterns guidelines and standards aligned with brand tone voice and compliance expectations
Review and refine existing content to improve clarity consistency and usability
Collaborate with product legal compliance and stakeholder teams throughout the design process
Support structured content delivery within CMS andlargescalecontent libraries
Ensure content consistency across platforms channels and touchpoints
Requirements:
5 years of experience in content design UX writing content strategy or related disciplines preferably withinfinancial services or regulated industries
Strong understanding ofusercentreddesign principles content design methodologies and information architecture
Experience designing content for complex products services or systems
Familiarity with regulatory compliance andrisksensitivecontent environments
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with designers copywriters analysts andcrossfunctionalteams
Good command of English;proficiencyinChinese (Traditional and/orSimplified)is a strong advantage
Ability to present content decisions clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders
Portfoliodemonstratingcontent design thinkingproblemsolving and impact on user experience
