A growing engineering consultancy is looking to appoint a Civil Engineer with a strong drainage focus to support its expanding infrastructure team.
This is a great opportunity to work on a variety of development projects delivering sustainable and effective drainage solutions across residential commercial and mixed-use schemes.
The role:
Deliver drainage design across a range of developments
Prepare Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Strategies
Design SuDS and surface water management systems
Produce technical drawings calculations and reports
Liaise with clients local authorities and stakeholders
Support projects from concept through to detailed design
The ideal candidate:
Experience in drainage design within a consultancy environment
Strong understanding of UK drainage standards and guidance
Proficiency in MicroDrainage InfoDrainage Civil 3D or similar
Experience producing FRAs and drainage strategies
Strong communication and coordination skills
