This is a full time remote contract opportunity from April to December 2026.

The Project Experience Analyst supports the design and delivery of engagement onboarding and enablement initiatives that help project team members perform effectively stay connected and remain engaged throughout the lifecycle of a large transformation program. The role focuses on improving the daytoday experience of project teams by translating feedback into practical actions and delivering highquality communications learning and engagement touchpoints.
What youll do
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of engagement initiatives that strengthen morale connection and project culture (e.g. virtual events recognition project wide updates).
- Coordinate surveys focus groups and feedback mechanisms to assess team sentiment and identify improvement opportunities.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback and synthesize insights into clear themes and recommendations.
- Maintain and continuously improve onboarding materials to ensure new team members can ramp up quickly and confidently.
- Support learning and enablement sessions (e.g. tools processes agile ways of working) by coordinating logistics and follow ups.
- Draft clear concise communications to share updates learning opportunities and engagement activities with project teams.
- Coordinate with cross functional stakeholders (e.g. Change PMO Solution Learning) to align engagement and enablement efforts.
- Track activities milestones and outcomes and support regular status reporting for Project Experience initiatives.

Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate complex information into clear practical messaging.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize feedback and data into actionable insights.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills; comfortable managing multiple activities in parallel.
- Collaborative proactive and comfortable working in fastpaced evolving project environments.
- Familiarity with project delivery environments (e.g. large programs agile teams or public sector contexts) is an asset.
- Bilingual and experience in an Agile environment are assets.
