Training Specialist Distribution

Job Summary

The Training Specialist (Distribution) supports frontline learning and development across our Distribution Center operations. This role delivers effective training for new hires and existing employees ensuring competency in core operational processes safety practices quality standards and system applications. The Training Specialist partners closely with Operations Quality and Operational Excellence to maintain a highperforming compliant and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver inperson and virtual training on core DC processes including picking packing shipping receiving and replenishment.

• Conduct refresher and corrective training related to SOP/WI updates process changes compliance requirements and CAPA actions.

• Support onboarding and newhire training programs including Health & Safety and operational systems training.

• Partner with Operations OPEX and Quality to enhance training content tools and delivery methods.

• Assist in developing training materials using appropriate learning technologies.

• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.

• Maintain accurate training records in the Learning Management System (LMS) and support employees with training task completion.

• Train and support other trainers within the Distribution Center.

• Create and manage the DC training calendar; prepare training reports and communicate status to leadership.

• Track and maintain training metrics and KPIs in collaboration with Quality.

• Facilitate an engaging inclusive learning environment that supports diverse learning styles.

• Conduct onthejob (OJT) training and document training outcomes.

• Prepare training rooms and coordinate with IT to ensure equipment readiness.

• Participate in SOP/WI creation and revisions as needed.

• Support crossfunctional committees and initiatives to identify training needs and standardize practices.

• Perform additional training responsibilities as assigned.

General Responsibilities

• Ensure training compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.

• Support special projects and operational initiatives as needed.
