Software Engineer Staff

As a Staff Engineer you will utilize your experience leading development initiatives utilizing CI/CD and distributed teams; SQL C# and web services skills combined with agile development expertise excellent communication abilities and knowledge of security standards.

Job Functions:

• Recommend solution options and provide technical recommendations based on business complexities and objectives.
• Mentor junior software engineers and contribute to their growth.
• Participate in technical design meetings and review business requirements.
• Develop and unit test software solutions following the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with project managers business analysts architects developers testers and infrastructure teams.
• Define technical deliverables and ensure detailed documentation support knowledge transfer and configuration processes.
• Contribute to the overall design configuration and deployment documentation.
• Conduct research and provide viable technical alternatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices standards and company guidelines.
• Work with offshore development teams if applicable.
• Conduct code reviews as required.
• Review and address code scanning outputs for vulnerability remediation.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5 years of experience leading software development or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Cloud-based software development and testing (AWS Azure).
• Integration of AI practices in the engineering strategy.
• UI controls .
• Frontend experience platforms such as Angular or React.
• HTML5 / CSS
• Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8 years of experience in software development or a related field.
• Additional specific experience in technologies and tools mentioned in the descriptions.
