Start Date: Mid to late June

Location: Rancho Romero Elementary School & Creekside Elementary School

Schedule: Must be available Monday - Friday (3 different start times available) -No weekends!

Pay & Benefits:

• $22/hour (pay is based on education and experience)

Heres what youll need:

• Must have 15 semester units or equivalent quarter units from an accredited college or university.
• At least four years of teaching experience in a licensed childcare center
• 12 units of courses that cover child growth and development human growth and development child family and community or program/curriculum
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
• Must be registered and have full clearance from the state childcare licensing agency
• Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations

• As an AlphaBEST Program Leader youll be trained to do the following:

  • Lead a group of students through exciting adventures in fitness the arts technology and more!
  • Work collaboratively with peers to ignite childrens sense of wonder.
  • Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students interests and talents.
  • Provide a caring family-oriented environment where positive staff child and parent relationships are fostered.
