Chemical Operator, 3rd shift, Sun-Thur, 1030 pm- 630 am

The Role:

Our site in Aurora Illinois is seeking aChemicalOperator This is an opening for an Operations Associate in theSlurriesProduction Division onthe 3rd Shift- an excellent career opportunity for qualified individuals especially those withchemical batchmanufacturing experience.

3rd Shift: Monday - Friday 10:30PM- 6:30 AM(Mondays shift starts at 10:00 PM Sunday night.)

What Youll Do:

• Produce package and prepare Entegris products for shipment.

• Weighs measures & verifies raw materials to make sure batches are made with the proper ingredients in precise quantities.

• Receive raw material and containers.

• Perform required data entry recordkeeping and make material transactions in the ERP system.

• Perform required quality testing and inspections.

• Maintain safe and clean working environment.

• Immediately address any deviation to PACE values procedures policies etc.

• Engage in continuous improvement (6S) teams and LEAN manufacturing activities.

• Contribute to plant safety initiatives.

• Perform miscellaneous production and warehouse related tasks (for example cycle count preventive maintenance housekeeping inventory incident investigation).

What We Seek:

Technical- Mechanical or Chemistry-related experience hobbies/interests are usually a good fit here.

Computer- Ability to perform data entry tasks communicate through email knowledge of Excel ERP systems like SAP and Oracle.

Behavioral Team-focused attitude eagerness to learn new things attention to detail and dedication to come to work on time/have reliable attendance is the type of individual who thrives in ourenvironment.

Education- HS Diploma/GED Required

Experience One to three years of production or warehousing experience in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrates leadership ability and team building skills.

Physical Requires manual lifting of up to 45 lbs. ability to wear respirator intermittently as needed.
