Were looking for a Sr. Solutions Engineer to expand our growing business and ITSM Specialist team in the US. Our Solutions Engineers are accustomed to solving our customers hardest problems and closing our largest enterprise this role youll be working directly with the enterprise sales teams and channel partners to understand the needs of Atlassians customers. Youll strategize on how to navigate winning sales cycles provide compelling value-based demonstrations support enterprise Proof of Concepts and ultimately close business. Responsibilities

In this role you will:

Qualifications

Your Background:

  • 5 years of experience interacting with mid-market/enterprise customers in a pre-sales capacity with excellent communication strong presentation skills to multi-level audiences and unmatched agility to do what it takes to get the job done.

  • You have experience selling ITSM solutions helping customers manage and deliver IT services.

  • Youre a creative problem solver who can interpret complex business problems boil them down into solutions and collaborate with prospects partners and the Atlassian sales team to deliver compelling value-based solutions.

  • Youre equally comfortable in both a business and technical context interacting with executives or talking shop with strong technical audiences.

  • You love to learn and continuously grow and challenge yourself are open to giving and receiving feedback tolerate failure love to win hate to lose and are passionate about making customers and Atlassian successful.

  • If youre looking to be a cog in the system this job isnt for got a customer-centric mindset with a proven track record in building executive relationships with customers and rally the internal teams to collaborate across the company to meet our customers needs.

Compensation

At Atlassian we strive to design equitable explainable and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidates skills expertise or the United States we have three geographic pay zones. For this role our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $168300 - $219725

Zone B: $151200 - $197400

Zone C: $139500 - $182125

This role may also be eligible for benefits bonuses commissions and equity.
