Base salary up to $150K(flexible depending on experience)

A growing well-established commercial general contractor is looking to add a Project Manager to their team in Southern Oregon. With a strong pipeline of work and continued regional growth this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to own projects end-to-end and grow into a senior leadership role.
This position is ideal for a mid-level Project Manager (812 years of experience) who has successfully run projects independently and is ready to take the next step in their career. This is a hands-on PM role where you will truly own your projects not just support them.
Youll be responsible for full lifecycle project management including:
- Managing projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Owning project financials (budgeting forecasting cost control)
- Leading subcontractor coordination procurement and scheduling
- Managing RFIs submittals change orders and client communication
- Driving project timelines quality and overall execution
- Partnering closely with field teams ownership and design partners
What Theyre Looking For
- 812 years of construction experience with proven Project Manager experience
- Experience running $10M commercial projects end-to-end
- Strong understanding of project financials and cost control
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project execution
- Someone looking for long-term growth into a Senior PM/PX-level role
- Mentorship mindset and team-oriented approach
