Lead a local businessnot just a gym

This is not a desk job. As Club Director youll run the day-to-day operations of a community-based fitness club with an established member base.

Youll have the autonomy to grow the business lead a small team and make a real impactwhile earning a stable salary performance bonuses.

What Youll Earn

• $40000 base salary

• $45K$55K typical first-year earnings

• Up to $65K with performance bonuses

What Youll Do (Simple & Clear)

• Lead daily club operations and member experience

• Drive membership growth through consultations and local outreach

• Manage coach and develop staff

• Track performance and hit monthly goals

(Roughly 50% leadership / 30% sales / 20% operations)

Who Were Looking For

• Leadership experience (retail service fitness or similar)

• Comfortable with sales and goal-setting

• Strong communication and people skills

• Self-motivated and accountable

Fitness industry experience is a plusbut not required
