Job Summary
Job Title: Pick/Pack AssociateLocation: JohnstownEmployment Type: Full-Time Temp-to-HirePay Range: $16.00 $18.00 per hour (based on experience)Schedule: 1st and/or 2nd Shift Overtime as neededPosition SummaryWe are currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented Pick/Pack Associates for a warehouse facility in Johnstown Ohio. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in accuracy and efficiency. Associates will be responsible for picking customer orders packing products securely and preparing shipments for ResponsibilitiesAccurately pick products using order sheets or RF scannersPack items safely and efficiently to prevent damageLabel and stage completed shipments for outbound deliveryInspect products for quality and report discrepanciesMaintain a clean and organized workspaceFollow all safety procedures and company policiesAssist with cycle counts and general warehouse duties as assignedMeet daily productivity and accuracy goalsQualificationsPrevious warehouse or pick/pack experience preferredAbility to lift up to 4050 lbs consistentlyAbility to stand walk bend and reach throughout the shiftBasic math and counting skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsReliable attendance and punctualityAbility to work independently and in a team environmentWork EnvironmentFast-paced warehouse settingRepetitive movements throughout the shiftSeasonal temperature changes within the facility
