What Youll Be Doing

• Lead and manage all daily shop operations
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience built on trust and transparency
• Sell recommended maintenance and repairs as needed to meet shop goals
• Coach support and collaborate with technicians
• Maintain high standards for quality safety and professionalism
• Build long-term relationships with customers and the local community

Requirements

• 1 years of Automotive Service Center Management experience (or closely related experience aligned with Service Manager responsibilities)
• 1 years of sales experience or a demonstrated ability to sell and lead
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to build respectful productive relationships with technicians
• Commitment to honesty transparency and quality work
