Overview:

Due to growth PhysioWorks is now hiring a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist for a position in Kent WA. 40 hours per week are available. 32 hours per week are preferred. Part-time candidates with at least 20 hours of availability per week will also be considered.

Caseload / Patient Population:

The Physical Therapist hired will work with a variety of patients. The clinic is a mix of general orthopedics and work rehabilitation. The PTs on the team see a caseload of 10-12 patients per day. Patients are scheduled for one-hour sessions.

The well-rounded team in Kent includes PTs OTs and PTAs.

Within this role you will work with injured workers in specialized programs such as Work Conditioning and Work Hardening: our specialized Work Rehabilitation Programs. Most other insurances are also accepted so you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time or part-time position. The clinic is open 8 am - 6 pm Monday - Friday. The schedule is very flexible based on the needs of the PT hired and the clinic. The option to work 4 x 10s or 4 x 8s is available. No routine weekends. No major holidays.

Compensation:

Full-time Physical Therapists are paid a competitive hourly rate in the range of $90000$115000 per year based on experience and qualifications.

Job Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Current Washington State Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain licensure

Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics and functional rehabilitation

Interest in workers compensation occupational medicine and return-to-work programming

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
