The Opportunity:
Were seeking a Senior Account Manager of Regional Channel Sales to sellthrough performance expand market share and elevate LG as the preferred choice for our partners and end customers. This role drives regional strategy and builds highimpact reseller relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Own regional sellthrough revenue and deliver against growth targets
- Build and execute regional channel strategy to increase market penetration
- Strengthen reseller partnerships and drive LG adoption across key verticals
- Lead regional expansion initiatives and monitor competitive trends
- Partner closely with Marketing BD Product and Operations to align execution
- Drive datadriven performance management forecasting accuracy and pipeline health
- Regional revenue and target attainment
- Pipeline quality and forecast accuracy
- Win rates and sales cycle efficiency
- Market share growth within strategic partners
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 7 years in sales or channel management
- Experience in B2B tech electronics or enterprise solutions with AV or IT technology solutions (large/small format displays collaboration tools digital signage etc.)
- Established relationships within AV or IT distribution channels preferred
- Strong business acumen across sales marketing operations and finance
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus
- A people-first mindset: energized by interacting with customers end users and OEMs
- Willingness to travel up to 70% for customer visits events and trade shows
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills
- Deep understanding of channel ecosystems and partnerled growth
- Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholderinfluencing abilities
PAY TRANSPARENCY:
The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the companys base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors including but not limited to the physical worksite location the geographic market of that location candidates skill set level of experience education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors.

$120000 - $135000 USD
