Youllmake an impact by:
  • Leading the brand contentstrategyYoull drive the holistic content strategy using trends and customer insights to tell a cohesive story and create a seamless customer experience overseeing the brand launches calendar and governance site functionality includingnavigation hierarchy search and browseand new producton-boarding.
  • Telling a story through our site Youllidentifykey brand stories anddefine the brands story-telling roadmapshapingwhere and how we invest. You willuse key functionalities like taxonomy and search to enhance brand discovery on our site telling a cohesive story to elevate brandperceptionand build brand loyalty.
  • Developing seasonal campaignstrategyYoull manage the short-term and long-term site merchandising strategy for Food seasonalcampaigns ;events to achieve key business and financialobjectivestranslating the assortment strategy into site strategy and experiences.
  • Working collaboratively with marketing and editorial Youll drive campaign strategy planning and execution providing insights to Merchant partners on historical campaign performance and customer behavior to influence future campaign strategy. You will execute campaign activities within agreedtimeframesat the agreed levels of quality and provide feedback and insights on campaign effectiveness.
  • Leveraging data tooptimizethe content strategy Youllleveragedata reporting and analytical insights to set goals measure success and continually refine strategicbrandscontent mix and strategy.
  • Monitoring site health and performance through analytics and key metrics.
  • Becoming an invaluablestrategic partnerto internal stakeholdersYoull advise onand partner with various internal teams to improve processesidentifyopportunities and scale bestpractice and governance driving continual assessment and improvement of thesitesstrategic direction and execution.
  • Operating with excellenceYoull land the fundamentals and createand help scale best-in-class efficient workflows processes and timelines embedding operational excellence into everything you do and developing associates on the team to increase capabilities and enhance skillsknowledgeand performance.

Provides insights to Merchant partners on historical campaign performance and customer behavior to influence future campaign strategy. Minimum Qualification:
  • Bachelor degree in businessor related field or equivalent experience in Business or related field


Preferred Qualification:
  • 4 years related experience in Merchandising Site Merchandising or related field
  • MastersDegree in Businessor related field
  • 3 yearsdemonstratedexperience managing a team
  • 3years of experience in consumer-focused e-commerce environment
  • Strong customer obsession focused on building the right site experience for our customer
  • Analytical and process-oriented comfortable making data-driven decisions
  • Ability to set clear teamobjectivesand performance measures
  • Abilityto select and develop a team of future leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessary
  • Assertive adaptable anddemonstratesinitiative in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities

The annual salary range for this position is $70000.00 - $130000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
