Position Overview

Join the sales team at Hotel Indigo Nashville The Countrypolitan a boutique lifestyle hotel in the heart of downtown Nashville. We are seeking a detail-oriented hospitality-driven professional who is looking to grow a long-term career in hotel sales. This role serves as a critical support function for the Sales & Events teamensuring seamless execution of group bookings accurate system management and exceptional client communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage group bookings within Opera PMS including rooming lists pickup tracking and inventory adjustments
• Assist with billing processes folio review and client voucher reconciliation
• Serve as the primary point of contact for group pickup reporting and internal distribution of resumes and BEO packets
• Support Sales Managers with administrative coordination and client follow-up
• Maintain accuracy across systems and ensure all group data is aligned with brand and operational standards
• Collaborate with Front Office and other departments to ensure successful group execution
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hotel Front Desk or Reservations experience
• At least 1 year in a Sales Coordinator or similar role
• Proficiency in Opera PMSrequired
• Experience with group creation rooming lists and billing within IHG systems preferred
• Delphiexperience is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs as needed

Schedule

• Monday Friday 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
• Full-time 40 hours per week
