Manufacturing Skilled Operator 12 Hour Day 6 AM to 6 PM

Position Overview:

This is a hands-on individual contributor production role requiring expertise in multiple manufacturing disciplines including CNC machining manual tacking lamination engraving and card finishing. The ideal candidate is a reliable team player who can adapt to different functions as needed to support production goal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain CNC machines lamination systems engraving systems and/or card finishing equipment to produce high-quality components.
• Perform tacking operations with precision and in accordance with production requirements.
• Inspect and verify output quality at each stage ensuring adherence to standards and specifications.
• Maintain accurate documentation of production data process parameters and quality checks through our ERP input tools or manual documentation.
• Flex between functions and workstations based on production demand or team capacity.
• Rapidly adapt to changes in workflow priorities and scheduling to support production goals.
• Collaborate with supervisors and planners to address bottlenecks or resource gaps in our Lead Daily Management solution.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Report malfunctions or hazards promptly to minimize downtime and risk.

Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma GED or relevant experience required.

• 3 years of experience in a hands-on manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated expertise in at least one of the following areas: CNC tacking lamination engraving card finishing.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical drawings blueprints or CAD files.
• Excellent communication coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and support team flexibility.
• Preferred: Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
• Preferred: Understanding of ISO or other quality management systems.
• Basic computer literacy for equipment interfaces reporting and tracking.
