Our expertise focuses on continually improving research and development user facilities management and operations technology incubation and community engagement through workshop and conference AUI we are recruiting a Finance Manager to take full ownership of budgeting reporting compliance and business partnering at the unit level while also providing support on corporate finance You Will be Doing:Assist in group-wide financial planning consolidation and reportingSupport corporate-level projects financial modeling and strategic planningContribute to the improvement of finance processes tools and with cross-functional teams on finance-related initiatives and internal controlsOwn all financial activities for various programs including budgeting forecasting and month-end closeAct as the dedicated finance POC for program leadership and operational teamsProvide strategic financial insights and analysis to support decision-making and drive performanceEnsure compliance with company policies internal controls and regulatory standardsLead financial reporting prepare variance analyses and deliver executive-ready presentationsCoordinate with auditors and ensure accurate documentation and reportingWork Environment: Work is mission driven team oriented and typically performed in an office settingWho You Are:You have a Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field (MBA or equivalent a plus) You have 58 years of progressive experience in financial management ideally across both business unit and corporate not required you may have a CPA CMA or similar professional certificationCompetency SummaryStrong knowledge of budgeting forecasting and financial analysisAdvanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP Oracle NetSuite etc.)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProactive detail-oriented and highly accountableTotal Rewards: Associated Universities Inc. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include; education experience skills competencies other qualifications of the successful candidate as well as internal equity and labor market :AUIs benefits package addresses the needs of employees and their families with most benefits beginning on the first day of employment. AUI provides excellent paid time off (13 holidays annual accrual of up to 24 vacation days and 15 sick days additional time off for doctor/dentist visits and 8 weeks of paid parental leave). Medical dental and vision plans are effective on the first day of employment.
