Graff Auto Campus is hiring skilled Automotive Service Technicians for opportunities across all 5 of our stores. We are looking for technicians who are committed to excellence take pride in their work and are confident working on a variety of makes and models.
This is a great opportunity for experienced techs who want consistent work strong support and top earning potential. We offer top pay for top technicians especially those who consistently produce 50 flagged hours per week. ASE certifications are a major plus.

Responsibilities
- Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and according to dealership and manufacturer standards
- Diagnose maintain and repair vehicle systems including engine transmission suspension steering brakes electrical and air conditioning
- Test-drive vehicles and test components using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Communicate directly with Service Advisors regarding needed repairs and recommended services
- Provide accurate estimates of time needed for additional repairs
- Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work area
- Help ensure customer vehicles are kept clean and properly cared for
Requirements
- At least 2 years of automotive technician experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license
- Willingness and ability to work on any brand of vehicle
- ASE certifications preferred
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Proven track record of low comeback percentages
- Ability to read and understand written instructions and repair information
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
- Ability to learn new technology repair procedures and manufacturer specifications
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Good computer math and communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- Strong customer service awareness
