Utility Worker/Dishwasher - Full-Time
Pay: $19.12 - $20.00/hr based on experience

Schedule:

• Monday- Thursday: 11:00am - 8:30pm Friday: 4:00pm - 8:30pm

Responsibilitys:

• Clean and sanitize glassware china flatware pots pans production equipment and work surfaces in accordance with established cleaning schedules and food safety standards.
• Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine including changing water every two hours to ensure optimal performance. Promptly report equipment malfunctions to the Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager.
• Properly distribute store and organize clean cookware utensils glassware china and kitchen equipment.
• Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot-washing stations to ensure efficiency and cleanliness.
• Remove trash break down boxes and dispose of soiled linens as needed to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Complete daily temperature and chemical (PPM) logs to verify proper sanitation and compliance with health regulations.
