Job Summary:

As an HVAC Technician at Crown Mechanical youll be an essential part of our team offering support to fellow technicians or collaborating closely with a Lead HVAC Technician depending on your expertise level. Your role will involve responding promptly to service calls completing tasks efficiently and maintaining high standards to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct installation maintenance and repair of heating ventilation and air conditioning systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning lubricating and adjusting system components.
• Test HVAC systems for proper functioning and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Install and calibrate HVAC control systems.
• Fabricate assemble and install ductwork and piping as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed including parts used and time spent on each job.

• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure proper care and storage of tools and equipment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in HVAC systems preferred.
• Valid state-issued drivers license.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as an HVAC technician.
• Strong understanding of HVAC principles systems and components.
• Ability to interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
• Knowledge of industry codes and safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials.
• Comfortable working in various environments including confined spaces and outdoor settings.
• Experience operating HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment is advantageous.
