Job Summary

As aSoftware ImplementationSeniorConsultant on Stratas Planning & Performance Management team you will partner with financial leaders at major health systems toconfigure andimplementourCapital Planning Operational Budgeting and Performance Managementpropietarycloud basedsolutions

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • ImplementingStrataJazzplanning and performancemanagementsolutions for healthcare customers across the U.S. ensuring alignment to customerspecific business needs
  • Configuring user requirementsvalidatingfunctionality developing financial models building reports creating workflows and testing key features of the softwareto ensure proper implementation
  • Helping customers define their business and technical requirements andadvisingthem on best practices for financial and capital planningprocesses
  • Leading virtual and onsite customer training to ensure users understand the relevant features and functions ofStrataJazz
  • Communicating proactively with internal team members and project managersregardingissues or risks during the project lifecycle and developing action plans to mitigate them
  • Contributing to operational improvement and strategic growth initiatives that help Strata scale effectively and continually enhance servicedelivery
  • Working in an Agile environment and building familiarity with effective methodologies for implementing highquality featurerich software
  • Understanding the products within Stratas Healthcareverticaland how those products interconnect to support customers

Whatwerelooking for:

  • 4 years of full-time experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systemscontainingFinance applications functionality (Lawson/Infor SAP Peoplesoft Oracleetc.)
  • Strong experience with financial modeling financial statement analysis financial reporting and general accounting concepts
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g. Pivot Tables VLOOKUPs IF Statements)
  • Experience using SQL or other relational databaseconcepts
  • Willingness to travel within the US as needed to customer locations up to 2035%
  • Advanced experience in at least one of the following areas:
    • Finance or consulting within the healthcareindustry
    • Software implementation and configuration
  • Youdreally wow us if you have:
    • Prior experience usingStrataJazz in a professionalcapacity
    • Project management experience andproven ability tolead structuredinitiatives

Estimated Salary Range: $

Actual salary will be determined based on factors including but not limited to skill set and level of experience. This salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
