ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
The Cabinet Warehouse Associate has full responsibility for the following functions:
- Efficiently get cabinet techs loaded up and out in the morning.
- Maintain open and positive communication during this process to promote teamwork.
- Assist with any material or sundries questions that may arise and seek assistance if necessary.
- Prepare material to be picked up by cabinet techs.
- Safely unload cabinet delivery trucks place cabinets on pallets log in all cabinets confirm delivery contains all cabinets and trim for a given lot and notify management of any missing or damaged cabinets immediately. Place labels on all pallets shrink-wrap cabinets on pallet with labels facing out transport cabinets to the appropriate bin and record the bin location in system and on the receivers receive all cabinets in the system the same days as delivery.
- Troubleshoot material issues as they arise and resolve with the purchasing team.
- Input all PO quantities received and notify purchasing of any no-shows or back-orders.
- May require using company vehicles to deliver cabinets trim hardware etc. to job sites as well as pickup left over materials and bring them back to the warehouse.
- Process all material returns and claims.
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse.
Overview of Monthly Responsibilities:
- Conduct material inventory counts and check on aging materials to validate if order is still good.
- Organize the overall appearance of the racks and warehouse.
- Label and assign areas as necessary to facilitate optimum organization and efficiency.
- Monthly cabinet inventory.

MANDATORY
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs. Ability to learn and adapt to new software programs as needed.
Good communication organization problem-solving and time-management skills. Ability to work with multiple contractors and subcontractors prioritize workload and resources and execute a problem-solving plan for optimal results.
Clean driving records with a valid drivers license and auto insurance.
Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.

HOURS
Monday through Friday 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM with required rest and meal breaks. Overtime may be required during busier seasons. Full time non-exempt.
