Position Summary...

Join Walmart as the primary finance partner supporting Supply Chain Maintenance and Reliability across our Ambient Grocery and Fulfillment this role youll shape planning forecasting reporting cost savings validation and investment decisions that help keep critical supply chain operations running efficiently reliably and at scale.

What youll do...

• Lead financial planning activities including AOP long-range planning forecasting monthly performance reporting and tracking of cost savings initiatives for Supply Chain Maintenance & Reliability.
• Build business cases and investment analyses that support capital and operational decisions across Ambient Grocery and Fulfillment networks.
• Partner with operations and cross-functional teams to track validate and report cost savings initiatives while identifying risks and opportunities to improve cost execution and reliability.
• Support month-end close issue resolution and ongoing financial management processes to ensure accurate reporting and strong decision support for leadership.
• Translate complex financial and operational data into clear insights presentations and recommendations for leaders and stakeholders.

What youll bring:

• Strong financial planning forecasting and modeling experience in a complex business environment.
• Experience tracking validating and communicating cost savings initiatives and operational performance improvements.
• Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and turn operational priorities into clear financial recommendations.
• Experience building business cases and using data to influence investment productivity and performance decisions.
• Clear executive-level communication skills including the ability to simplify complex issues and drive action.

The annual salary range for this position is $90000.00 - $180000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field and 4 years experience in accounting finance or related area OR 6 years experience in accounting finance or related area.
