Job Description

Are you a recent graduate with a 2:1 or higher looking to kickstart your career with one of the UKs leading graduate schemes If youre motivated and driven to achieve results the Reed Graduate Scheme offers a robust platform to develop into a highly skilled professional with a clear pathway to senior roles within the organisation.

Your First Year

• Start in an operational role within one of Reed Groups three areas: Reed Reed in Partnership or .
• Engage in hands-on work matching clients with candidates or supporting individuals in overcoming employment barriers.
• Participate in a comprehensive 3-day induction at the Reed Business School in the Cotswolds.
• Receive industry-leading training and development opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A 2:1 undergraduate degree or higher.
• A motivated and results-driven attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Willingness to engage in continuous learning and development.
