Role Overview:
The Senior Project Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives in Supply Chain Management (SCM) with a specialization in ERP-integrated solutions. This role involves end-to-end project planning execution vendor management financial oversight and governance to ensure delivery of stable compliant and well-governed solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Delivery
Develop and maintain detailed project plans schedules RAID logs and status reports.
Drive execution across multiple workstreams including functional technical change management integration and testing.
Lead stage gating DRB preparation PMO compliance and go/no-go readiness.
Maintain strict oversight of project scope timelines deliverables and quality.
2. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Manage daily interactions with vendors and SIs to ensure timely delivery and accountability.
Escalate and resolve critical defects.
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders TIS and external partners.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination
Align SCM business teams ERP sustainment integration teams analytics and architecture.
Coordinate data extraction migration and environment management.
Ensure readiness for training hypercare and transition-to-operations (TTO).
4. Communication & Reporting
Prepare executive updates risk summaries and decision-ready communication.
Maintain stakeholder engagement and track action items.
5. Project Governance & Standards
Lead PMO gating stage gate reviews and DRB submissions.
Ensure all materials meet governance architecture and compliance expectations.
6. Financial Governance & Portfolio Management
Maintain accurate project financials in EPPRT and Oracle PPM.
Forecast project costs reconcile discrepancies and ensure audit readiness.
Monitor vendor invoices SOW burn rates and cost-to-complete projections.
7. Quality Assurance
Lead defect triage prioritization and resolution tracking.
Coordinate with SMEs and technical teams to validate fixes.
Ensure testing evidence meets PMO and business expectations.
Required Skills & Experience:
10 years of hands-on project management experience in complex cross-functional initiatives.
Proven experience with end-to-end project delivery: planning execution testing go-live hypercare and transition to operations.
Vendor/SI management expertise including scope alignment effort estimation and escalation management.
Knowledge of SCM processes: Asset Management Procurement Inventory Order Management Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
Experience with ERP-integrated solutions (Oracle Maximo or similar).
Strong governance and controls knowledge: stage gates change management RAID management executive reporting.
Excellent stakeholder management facilitation and communication skills.
